And with another 6 races poised for next year, it seems like the seas are going green - well, electric, anyway.
So, how does this aquatic showdown pan out? In a pulsating head-to-head time trial, the teams will jostle for a spot in the quarter-finals, semis, and eventually, the big four-team finale. Now, here's the twist: 10 teams, 20 pilots, but each team must boast a male and female pilot, swapping driving duties. A bit of gender equality on the high seas? I'll toast to that!
Among the teams making waves are Team Venice, Team Mexico, Team Nadal, and Team Drogba. Yes, you heard it right, tennis maestro Rafael Nadal and football legend Didier Drogba have taken the plunge!
